"Fall Into Reading" Update

"Fall Into Reading 2012" is hosted by Katrina at Callapidder Days. Okay, so we’re a month into "Fall Into Reading 2012." The good news is that I’ve been making lots of progress on my reading list and have been loving the extra time I’ve devoted to reading in the last month.  Anyway, Katrina posts a question once in a while for us to answer and it gives me a chance to share my progress. Now  on to the question.....

Is there an author (or authors) whose books you are always watching for? Do you jump to snatch up the latest literary offering from certain specific authors? In other words, who are your go-to authors?

In the realm of fiction, I am likely to pick up the latest books by the following, simply because I know they’ll be enjoyable reads and won’t have irrelevant, objectionable material that makes me want to skip entire pages — or chapters:

Michael Baron

Robert Thornhill

Nancy Bush 
Donald Bains, he writes the "Murder, She Wrote" mysteries.
