Oh! I am definitely an 'introvert.' I am not a traveler or much of a shopper of any kind, except at bookstores. However, since I got my Nook and Kindle, I hardly ever visit the bookstores anymore. Do my shopping in my easy chair. I don't care much for being in a crowd of people, although, I do love getting together with friends and playing games and of course eating good food. But mostly I enjoy spending my time reading, and that is an alone kind of entertainment. So I am an Innie.Do you consider yourself an extrovert or an introvert?
What are you in or out?
That's cool..I thought I am an introvert myself. But, so far I am wrong.. :(
ReplyDeleteI did a detailed analysis of me and came up with a shocking discovery.. See my meme here: http://vidya-booksaremagic.blogspot.com/2012/05/booking-through-thursday-1.html.
Chalk one more up for the introverts! Right there with you -
ReplyDeleteMy BTT
@TCAbn The Motley Chronicles
I love the new look of your blog. Hope all is well with you and hubby. Haven't been around because we were on vacation. I consider myself an extrovert, but then there are times, like you, I just want to be alone with my books.
ReplyDeleteI love travelling, but still more of an introvert because I hate crowds. Here's my BTT. If you have a chance checkout my Giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Cathy @ Addicted to Books
I am both, I think.I love being alone to read or daydream while in a park or in my garden, but I also like company and good conversation.
ReplyDeleteI've been both, depending on my life situation. These days, I'm more "in" than "out." My friends call me a hermit. But when we have a cozy nest (like yours above), why leave? lol
ReplyDeleteHere's MY THURSDAY MEMES POST
I'm willing to be that a lot of bookish folk are "Innies"--I know I am.
ReplyDeleteHere's my Booking Through Thursday.
I have both sides to me. At the present point in time I probably seem more introvert but that's as much or more in "circumstances" than by nature.

ReplyDeleteI'm a bit of both :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a bit of both :)
ReplyDeleteBasically I am an extrovert I love to be a hands on kind of a woman but other things keep me at bay. But its not for ever I hope.
ReplyDeleteWe all change throughout life. We grow and learn and so we are capable of being many things when the time is ripe so to speak.
Many of our life heroes are so because of things that happened in their lives which forced them out to do things :)
That sounds just like me. Innies unite! Here is my BTT: A Great Escape
ReplyDeleteI'm an extrovert. I love people, talking and connecting. So happy to hear you love reading on your Kindle. I have another podcast today about book reviews and would love your feedback. Thanks, Sonia.
ReplyDeleteI think I am somewhere in the middle. You can see my BTT post here
ReplyDeleteFinally home from “the big trek north” and wanted to pop in and wish you a Happy Mother’s Day!! Have a wonderful day, Ann!
