"Musing Mondays"

This week MizB's  musing asks…
What is your favorite romantic book –or book that includes a love story? (an adult romance, young adult, kids’ story, anything)
This one is a toughy. My favorite romantic movie is "You've Got Mail" with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks. I guess my favorite romantic book would be a toss-up between Jane Austen's "Emma" and Margaret Mitchell's "Gone With The Wind." I loved both books. OH! I forgot Cinderella, I have loved that book all my life.
What was your favorite romantic book?

  1. Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks are so cute together.
Nvere having actually READ GWTW, I could not pick that, but "Emma" is in the era of my choice.

  6. There are so many great love stories, it's so hard to choose. Almost every book I read has a love story in it. But your choices of Cinderella and the movie are spot on!

  8. I loved the movie GWTW but I haven't read the book yet. "You've Got Mail" was a great movie, too. I haven't read Emma but I have it on my Nook.

  11. You've Got Mail!! <3 One of my absolute ALL TIME favourite movies. I adore it. Everything about it. Still watch it quite regularly. I adore the little bookshop in it, I've wanted one of my own just like it ever since I saw the film. It always makes me sad that she ends up closing it down, though :(
