"Spring Is Here?"

This morning I awoke to find Spring played a trick on me. There before my very eyes was all this white stuff!   I thought today was suppose to be the first day of Spring!         "Poor, dear, silly Spring, preparing her annual surprise!" ~ Wallace Stevens "The first day of spring was once the time for taking the young virgins into the fields, there in dalliance to set an example in fertility for nature to follow.  Now we just set the clocks an hour ahead and change the oil in the crankcase.  ~E.B. White, "Hot Weather," One Man's Meat, 1944

ATTENTION....

I am not accepting anymore books for review. I am only going to be reading for my own entertainment the rest of 2019. I have a big TBR pile that I would like to read. So thanks to all the publishers and authors who have supplied me with many happy hours of reading fun. Shhhh...Now back to my reading....

About Me

My photo
Gigi Ann
Hi, I'm Gigi Ann. I love to read, it is my favorite pastime. I read for fun and entertainment.. I am not a book reviewer, I am just a book reader with an opinion. I DO NOT read "Paranormal" books, nor do I read books about Vampires, Witches and Wizards, Ghosts, or YA, Erotica books nor Sci/Fi. I do not care to read about violence, I read for pleasure not to be traumatized. I get no pleasure nor do I find it entertaining reading about violence. I think that about covers all my reading idiosyncrasies. EMAIL: iowagramma.ann@gmail.com
