While my town dries out of record-setting, epic flooding from Hurricane Irene, let me ask you:
What’s your book with weather events? Hurricanes? Tornadoes? Blizzards? Real? Fiction? Doesn’t matter … weather comes up a lot in books, so there’s got to be a favorite somewhere, huh?
My Favorite Book about weather related events is "Nights In Rodanthe," by Nicholas Sparks. I am not much of a re-reader of books, but this is the exception. A few years after I read the book the movie based on the book was released, therefore I re-read the book before seeing the movie.

Theme Thursdays is a fun weekly event hosted by Kavyen here that will be open from one thursday to the next. Anyone can participate in it. The rules are simple:
- A theme will be posted each week (on Thursday’s)
- Select a conversation/snippet/sentence from the current book you are reading
- Mention the author and the title of the book along with your post

This is a book I will be sending my Grandaughter, who is 9 years old, in case you were wondering, "What is she doing reading a Henry Winkler book?"
