My Thoughts:
This is the first time I've read a book by this author. I want to say thank you to the author, Stacy Verdick Case for providing this book for me to give an honest review for the "Partners In Crime" book tour.
I enjoyed the storyline and it was a good mystery about two lady detectives, Catherine and Louise, out to catch the killers. Catherine was good at her job, but whimsical enough to be interesting.
The book had some laugh-out-loud moments, which made it a fun and funny book to read. I wasn't sure who the guilty person was right up until the case was solved. So I was kind of surprised just as the detectives were surprised also.
I would have enjoyed the book much more if the swearing had been left out, however, I realize most people don't mind it. So if you can get by all the bad language, you will enjoy this book. Like I said, "I enjoyed the storyline."
