What’s the oddest book you’ve ever read? Did you like it? Hate it? Did it make you think?
I can't think of any odds books other than this book about Benjamin Button, which I read in January 2011. For any who may not know what the book was about; It is a short story "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, by F. Scott Fitzgerald and provides I think what is suppose to be a humorous and touching journey that reveals what it's like to be born old and age in reverse.
I am not much of a Sci/fi fan, (or whatever genre this is) so didn't really enjoy this story. The only good thing I can say about it... it was a short story and I read it in an hour or two. I didn't care for the movie either which was loosely based on the book.

I've only watched the movie and it was quite entertaining though I did not find it odd.

I quite enjoyed the movie version of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button though I haven't yet read the book. Definitely an unusual concept.
ReplyDeleteI love this book.

I've never seen the movie and probably won't, but I'm kind of curious about the story! :-)
ReplyDeleteI saw the movie, but didn't read the story. The movie was okay.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read this story, but I have seen the movie (which I enjoyed and would like to see again). Funny how a short story could be turned into such a long movie!
