Today’s musing asks…
If your house was burning down –and you could SAFELY grab a book on your way outside to safety– what book would you make sure you ‘rescued’? Why?
I would try to grab my Bible. It is the only book that has sayings that lead to Everlasting Life. It is the book I try to read each and every day, if only one verse. John 17:3 states: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."  John 17:17 states: "Sanctify them by means of the truth, your word is truth."  It is the most important book I feel any of us could own, and it is the most important book I own. It is first and foremost in my life.
