Podcasts July 22, 2010

Do you ever listen to book-related podcasts?
If so, which ones and why? (Include the URLs for people who aren’t familiar with them.)
Or, of course, there’s the flip side … did you even know that such a thing existed? (I ask because I know a lot of people who have no idea what a podcast is.)
Good question....But....I'm afraid I'm one of those quaint people who doesn't even know what a "Podcast" is. I still read a book the old fashioned way, holding it in my hand and turning pages. Or if I do listen to an audio book, it is with a CD player or a tape player. I am always a few steps behind everyone else.
I am with you on this one. I don't even listen to audio books.

A couple of years ago, I was clueless about podcasts. That said, I've found a lot of them over the years, though I only tune in regularily to a handful.
ReplyDeleteBook ones can be fun--they often have author interviews and reviews. A different way to grow the TBR list. :)
Me, too. I only recently learned what podcasts are, and really haven't listened to any. But I'm getting some great suggestions from today's BTT responses, so I might actually have to try something new! I'm slowly being dragged (kicking and screaming) into the 21st Century!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog layout :D
ReplyDeleteNow following :)
That's why this post was good I think so we could find out about all of the different things out there! :)
ReplyDeleteI keep meaning to seriously look into podcasts. But I've only gotten around to listening to one or two. I'm sadly behind on this too.
