What great books did you hear about / discover this past week? Share with us your FRIDAY FINDS!
This week I heard about these three books, while reading book blogs. I have added them to my summer reading "books to read" list. They all sound like they may be good summer reading.
This first one is a novel by Alex Kava, Damaged. It is a mystery thriller, but sounds like a fun summer read.
This second choice is The Pearls of the Stone Man by Edward Mooney Jr. It is the story of a couple married for 53 years and that is about all I know about it. But, I look forward to reading it this summer. There you have it, that was the three books I heard about this week, and I added them to my summer reading list.
What books did you find or hear about this week?
All great finds! Mine are at The Crowded Leaf.
ReplyDeleteThanks for considering my story, "The Pearls of the Stone Man". I have five videos in which I discuss the characters and plot in the setting of the story. In addition, a short piece was made by a film company in preparation for a movie. You can see these films at:

Mr. Mooney,
ReplyDeleteWhat a pleasant surprise! Thank you for visiting and leaving such a nice comment. I will check out the videos, I think I watched the one the film company prepared. It was enjoyable.
Thanks again for taking the time out of your busy schedule to stop for a short visit.

Nice finds - I think I'd enjoy Beachcombers.
ReplyDeleteHi Ann,
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll call me "Ed". I've been exploring this new world called the "blogosphere" and I ran across your "Reading Corner". I'm fascinated by the interconnection I see between blogs. I have one of my own, but, wow, I'm an amateur!
