Don't you just love going to the mailbox and finding a surprise? I know I do. I will never get over the thrill of receiving a new book in the mailbox. And today was that day. I received this book from Laura Childs, it's her latest book in her 'Scrapbooking Mystery Series' Mumbo Gumbo Murder. The dustcover on the book reads:

It's Jazz Fest in New Orleans, and the giant puppets from the Beastmaster Puppet Theatre are parading through the French Quarter. Some are very spooky and veiled, others are tall and gangly, like strange aliens.
