"Booking Through Thursday"

btt button
Do you find yourself thinking that the books you read would be good on film? Do you wish the things you watched on TV or in the movies were available as book?
Some really can’t be converted, of course, but some definitely can (and it’s not always the ones you think will work). There’s something to be said for different forms of media, but a good story is universal … or is it??

Occasionally while reading a good book I wonder how it would turn out as a movie, but in general, no, I don't think about a book becoming a movie.

The one TV show that was turned into books is, "Murder, She Wrote" it is now in book form, and I do read some of those books and I enjoy them. They are just cozy little mysteries, and I like trying to figure out who done it, but then, that I find is the fun of reading cozy mysteries.

I have found that I always think books are better than the movies about them.

What do you think about turning books into movies, or TV series, which do you prefer?

  1. I do like reading more because I can let my imagination go crazy! But I do like seeing a director's interpretation of a book I like, unless his interpretation stinks XD Here's my answer :)

  2. It's so true! (As I said in another comment,) books are ALWAYS better, mainly because you can create the perfect person the play the role of the hero/heroine. I'm going to look into the "Murder, She Wrote" books because I loved cozy little stuff, too. Here's my answer:
