To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

I am currently reading "A Hero for Holly" by Kristy K. James, for a book tour. You can read my review of the book on July 21, 2012, right here in my "Reading Corner." So far it is a delightful and charming book.

I just finished this book yesterday. This is the first book I've read by this author, I read a review on another book reviewers blog, and decided to read this book, not knowing it was the first in this series. This was a delightful little cozy mystery. It was fast moving, funny, and had a few twists and turns, while I was trying to guess 'whodunit.' WOW...What a ride, I loved it and awarded it 5***** I'm sure I will be reading another one of her books in this series somewhere down the cozy mystery road.

"This Pen for Hire" is the next book I plan on reading next. I read a review on another "Book Bloggers" post about this series, so decided to start with this one. It just looks like a fun book to read. I fell in love with the cover. If I enjoy it I'm sure I will be reading more books by this author, Laura Levine.

  5. Hi Ann,

Both of your cozy mysteries sound good to me. This is a genre that I have only come to read recently and I am quite getting into it.

I have a fast growing list (yes, yet another list!) of cozy mystery authors, that I am going to start sifting through soon.

I have just finished reading 'Skin Games' a book about the Mafia, by Adam Pepper. An excellent read.

I have just started a contemporary fiction book 'Women Of A Dangerous Age' by Fanny Blake. This one is shaping up nicely.

Next on my schedule is a historical romance 'Hope's Betrayal' by Grace Elliot. This I know will be a good read, as I have read both of her previous books and been enchanted with them.
