"Musing Mondays"

This week’s musing asks…
What do you do with the book before you start reading it?
I usually read the dustcover, or the back of the book, giving me an idea what the book is about. Well, I actually do that at the bookstore before I buy the book. However, I still glance through the summary before reading the book. I also look to see how many pages is in the book.  I enjoy reading about the authors, and tend to read what is written about them as well.
That about sums it up for me, how about you, what do you do with a book before reading it?

  7. For some reason I like to see how many pages there are too. I also look at the end to see if there are any author's notes. If there are any, they are usually very interesting.
