"Booking Through Thursday"

Ted and Sarah both asked similar questions about relating to characters:
Ted asks:
Are there any fictional characters whom you have emulated (or tried to)? Who and why?
Bookish Sarah asks an interesting assortment of questions:
What literary character do you feel is most like you personality-wise (explain)?
My answer will be short this week because, I can't think of any characters I emulate or is most like my personality. Most characters I read about are complete opposites of me.  I read a lot of cozy mysteries and I certainly am not a sleuth by any stretch of the imagination.

  1. Same here -- most of the literary characters I read about are nothing like me. And I'm usually very glad about that!

  2. Yes, I like sleuths, too...and wouldn't even imagine emulating them! lol

But I finally found a couple of characters; here's MY THURSDAY MEMES POST

  5. Interesting question and answer! I try to emulate the characteristics of great characters, such as by being inventive and tactful like Mma Ramotswe from The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency series.

  6. Hope everything is ok seeing as you haven't blogged since Thursday.

I thought I'd already left a comment on this post, but it doesn't look like it.

My answer is similar to yours!
