"Booking Through Thursday"

A while ago, I interviewed my readers for a change, and my final question was, “What question have I NOT asked at BTT that you’d love me to ask?” I got some great responses and will be picking out some of the questions from time to time to ask the rest of you. Like now.
Yvonne asks:
What do you look for when reading a book blog? Does the blogger have to read the same genre? Do you like reviews? Personal posts? Memes? Giveaways? What attracts you to a book blog?
And–what are your favorite book blogs?
I like a little of each of the things mentioned above. I especially like the reviews, and memes. What attracts me to a book blog? I guess I would have to say again, reviews and memes.

Some of my favorite book blogs are listed on the sidebar to the right. However, that list keeps growing as I find others I like. And yes, Yvonne is one of my favorite book blogs to visit, we read a lot of the same genres.

    Your blog is on my fav reads :) I do enjoy blogs that are interesting, with well written reviews and fun posts.

    I am usually drawn to blogs for the whole package. Do I read reviews...lol...that is why I have a large 5 shelf bookcase and 2 EReaders full of TBRs.

    Very nice post! I always enjoy my visits to your wonderful blog. My answers would be similar to yours. I enjoy reading reviews and memes (some more than others), and I also look at the whole package and quality of any given book blog. A good, interesting book blog inspires me to work on my own!
