To began with, I can't remember ever finding a random book. I don't think even if I did, that I would read it. There is just not enough time to read a book in a waiting room, or on a park bench. Your right. I always have a book with me so probably wouldn't even notice "a random book".
Me, too. I generally have my own book or magazine to read whenever I'm waiting anywhere, and wouldn't notice any "random" reading matter that might be around.
I never found or noticed a random book lying around.

I, too, always have my own book. I would wonder if the book was accidently left and the owner may return for it.

I always carry my own book and or/Kindle, so I'd leave it alone. I have way to many books on my TBR pile.
I always have my own book or Nook with me too. I wouldn't bother with a random book.
