"Teaser Tuesdays"

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

This week I am reading a "Vintage Harlequin Romance" book. "A Chance To Win" by Margaret Rome. The copyright is 1968.  Every once in awhile I enjoy reading a Vintage book. 

Her palms moist, Nicola stepped over the threshold. She expelled a slow breath of relief as she entered and saw that it was not, as she suspected, his bedroom, but a setting-room, clearly part of a suite, furnished in an aggressively male manner without a trinket or flower of any kind to break the severity of the decor.
