"Musing Mondays" "Monday's Music Moves Me" "What Are You Reading" Memes

This week’s musing asks…
What book(s) are you most excited about right now? (it can either be something you’re currently reading, or something you just bought, or a book/books that are soon to be published).
I have a few books on my soon to be published list. I am waiting for:
"Naked Heat" by Richard Castle. I'm waiting until this one comes out in paperback on April 26. Then there are "Almost Home" by Mariah Stewart due out sometime in the Spring. Debbie Macomber's "1105 Yakima Street, in September 2011. The next Harmony series book, by Jodi Thomas in the Fall of 2011. And lastly, I am looking forward to reading Kristin Hannah's new book "Night Road" due in bookstores I think on March 29.
So how about you, what are you excited about?

Today's theme is "Your favorite female vocalist"!
Remembering that I am a Gigi, my favorite female vocalists are from the "Olden Golden Days."

Does anyone out there remember Dinah and Peggy?
They were two of my favorites.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week.  It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
Last week I read:
"Murder, She Wrote: Murder on Parade" by Donald Bains.

This week I plan to read:
"Family Tree" by Barbara Delinsky.
"Town in a Lobster Stew" by B.B. Haywood.

What are you planning on reading this week?

  6. Night Road is a good read. I am behind on the Cedar Cove series. Last fall I was in Port Orchard (Debbie's hometown) and we visited her Tea Room, it was cool.
