"Teaser Tuesdays"

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title and author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
This week I am reading Knit Two, by Kate Jacobs.

"Dakota?" James was peering at her and Dakota could see that she was standing alone, the tour guide and the rest of the people scurrying far ahead. "Are you feeling okay?"

I read the Knit One book by Kate Jacobs, and now I am enjoying the Knit Two book, catching up with all the characters from the first book. This book is five years later, in the lives of all the characters.

  15. I don't know how to play this game the way the reader did the teaser but I want to play-- so. My teaser is "Huddled in the middle of the wilderness they discovered the mutual heartache, joy, and pride of building a community.
